General information

Welcome to aquashape website owned by Vitadirect Tomasz Kozlowski company located at 1 M. Sengera Cichego, 02-790 Warsaw, Poland, registered in the Companies Registry under no 5385/2005. It is not necessary for you to create a shopping account at aquashape.co.uk to view and purchase our products. If you want to make a purchase you need to fill up the registration form and provide your personal information to enable us to process your order. If you have any queries related to ordering from our web site, email us on info@aquashape.co.uk.

Personal data protection

VitaDirect processes users’ personal data observing the regulations in force and the applying security solutions required by applicable law. When submitting an order the user must give consent to the processing of their data in order to make the purchase. The consent for processing personal data for VitaDirect's or other reputable marketing companies' marketing purposes is voluntary. VitaDirect stores and processes personal data in accordance with the requirements of the Protection of Personal Data Act. Personal data is collected in VitaDirect’s online store database in order to complete your order. When the user gives their consent their data can be used by VitaDirect for marketing purposes and made available to other reputable companies. The users have the right to check and correct or request the removal of their personal data. To remove your address from our mailing list, please send an email to info@aquashape.co.uk and enter "remove from mailing list" in the subject list.

Product returns

If for any reason you wish to return an unused (unopened) product, just post it to us within 14 days for a full refund - no questions asked. Goods not meeting your expectations should be sent to: VitaDirect, 1 Sengera Cichego Street, 02-790 Warsaw, Poland at your own expense (no postal collection orders will be accepted) along with the Stock Issue Confirmation (CI) received with the shipment. Within 2 weeks of the delivery date of the return the equivalent of the returned item is sent to the credit card from which the payment was made.

Order cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order you are kindly required to contact us by sending an e-mail to info@aquashape.co.uk and entering "cancel order" in the subject list. It is impossible to cancel the order if the parcel is already sent.

Transaction security

Credit card payment is authorized by PayPal.com. This system is a proprietary solution in which the emphasis was put on security and confidentiality of data entrusted by the client. The solution involves handling credit card transactions made through a website. After entering the website the Client can choose a product or service and declare to pay by credit card. Then the Client is redirected to PayPal.com server where in a special form secured by SSL 128 bit certificate the Client gives their card details (number, expiration date, CVV2 or CVC2 code). Using this strong SSL 128 bit encryption ensures the highest security of transactions. Authentication takes place within ~7 seconds, and the Client is informed of the result in a relevant message. At the same time the authentication status information is transmitted to VitaDirect`s system.

No warranty

This site is controlled by VitaDirect from its office in Poland. VitaDirect accepts no liability for any viruses that might infect the user following its use of data, audio, video, or text on the site.

Timely Delivery

You parcel will be dispatched within 2 days of us receiving your order. You should receive it within 7 days. If by any chance something is temporarily out of stock, we will inform you of the possible delay immediately.
